Ramli holds a degree in Chemistry from University of Wales and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Houston, USA.
He began his career in PETRONAS in 1998 as a Manager at PETROSAINS, the PETRONAS Science Discovery Centre, developing instructional programmes to educate and inspire visitors about the oil and gas industry.
In 2002, he took a major career change to become a full fledged Learning Facilitator at PLC. It was in PLC that Ramli honed his skills and developed specialty in capability development and consulting, particularly in Competency Modelling. He is passionate about human capability development.
Ramli has vast experience in programme design, development, delivery and evaluation. He has delivered programmes in various international locales including Indonesia, Vietnam, Sudan, Turkmenistan and South Africa.
Ramli has also presented papers in major HR-related conferences locally and abroad.

With more than 20-years’ experience in the Learning and Development industry including as facilitator , locally and overseas, for learning programmes on organisational design and change, Faridah Hanim is well poised to consult and advise on this subject.
She is a Change Consultant with hands-on experience in managing complex business transformation projects that require a blend of strategic, technical, and change management skills. Amongst the projects she has led include Organisational Transformation, Mindset and Culture Shift for Organisation, Operating Performance Improvement and Institutionalising Capability.
Prior to her appointment as a Learning Specialist, Faridah was the Head of Organisational Performance and Improvement for PLC. She was part of the Secretariat team that led and managed the transformation of PLC from a training centre to a leadership centre.
Faridah has an MBA in Entrepreneurial from Entrepreneurial Institute of Australia.

Khairul Faizi is an experienced programme designer particularly in the area of leadership transition. From 2006 to 2007, he was part of the team that originally developed the highly successful, home-grown leadership intervention programme for PETRONAS managers, Maximising Your Leadership Success (MYLS).
He is a certified coach in the Solution Focused Coaching, with wide experience in the area of coaching, applying psychometric instruments (DiSC, EQi) and developing leadership programmes.
In the past few months, Faizi has focused on researches related to leadership. He was part of the team that conducted a research on “Coaching Impact to Leadership Development”. He has also researched and written two case studies on “Creating Coaching Culture”.

Zainubiah is a Learning Specialist in the area of Leadership Development at PLC. She has a grounded experience in human resources management, mostly in human resource development, as a practitioner and consultant, for more than 15 years.
With a career as a consultant at service to many spectrum of organisations, she brings different perspectives in providing solutions and initiatives for human performance improvement in PLC’s services. A strong believer in learning and human potential, she facilitates in giving participants a ‘teachable point of view’ experience that can create change.
Her greatest personal achievement is in the design and development of a programme for Institut Integriti Malaysia which is in the offering at National Level.
Mas Zetti’s experience in leadership development included conducting and facilitating training programmes ranging from for tertiary students - the future leaders - to leaders who are transiting from one position to another - often times to more senior leadership positions.
Prior to her appointment as a Learning Specialist for PLC, Mas Zetti was Programme Leader and Lead Facilitator for MYLS, the highly successful leadership transition programme compulsory for new PETRONAS managers.
She was later Programme Leader for the Coaching and Mentoring Series; and has been credited for developing and introducing structured coaching in the leadership transition programme, often cited by graduates of the programme as a key success factor in their leadership progress.
Mas Zetti is a Certified Solution Focused Coach. She has a keen interest in music, photography and the arts, and occasionally blogs on travels and art exhibitions.

Mohd Shukor Tahir graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management (Finance) from Case Western Reserve University, USA. In 2007, he achieved another academic milestone when he completed his MBA (Finance) from University Putra Malaysia.
He started his career in PETRONAS in 1996 as a Marketing Executive and for the next 10 years, served in various outfits within PETRONAS including PETRONAS Management Training Sdn. Bhd, Crude Oil Group and Research & Technology Division in different capacities.
In 2006, he joined PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) and was entrusted to lead a team of Petroleum Economists for the Sarawak, Middle East Asia and Rest of the World regions. In 2009, he was appointed as the Senior Manager for Capability Management Department responsible for the competency development of Petroleum Engineers in PCSB.
He is currently the Senior Learning Consultant, heading the Upstream portfolio in PLC.

Mohd Yusof Omar graduated from West Virginia University, USA with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Summa Cum Laude.
He pursued his true passion in learning and development by joining PLC in the year 2000. He was the Head of Leadership Portfolio prior to assuming his current position as Senior Learning Consultant heading the Downstream portfolio which serves a complex and diverse Non-Exploration & Production sector from Holding Company, Refining, Retailing, Petrochemical, Logistic and Maritime to Properties.
Yusof has successfully led the review of three Business Leadership programmes for middle and top management of PETRONAS; led in operationalising and inculcating the Personal Knowledge Management culture among the Learning Consultant Group; and led in rebranding initiative during the transformation of PETRONAS Management Training to PLC.
Yusof is a Solution Focused Certified Coach, actively coaching participants of PLC’s Leadership Transition Programmes.

Nasiruddin M Ibrahim graduated in Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, and received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, USA.
He spent nearly 15 years in Consumer Electronics, Process Control & Instrumentation, Power Transmission & Distribution, Fuels, and Lubricants in various capacities prior to joining PLC in 2008.
Working in different industries gave him first- hand insights of the challenges and steep learning curves required of each profession.
The broad workplace exposure and experience in diverse industries and organisations, from a small start-up companies to multinational corporations, gave Nasiruddin a wealth of real world experience.
As a Learning Consultant, these experiences enable him to understand and emphatise with the learning needs of his clients and design appropriate solutions for them.
Jefri Mohamed Zain holds a Masters of Science in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Economics, from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
He started his career in PETRONAS as Programme and Facilities Management Executive at PERMATA (now PLC) in 1996 before moving to the HRM and Marketing Department. From 2003-2008, he was attached to the PETRONAS Lubricant International Sdn Bhd as Market Development and Logistics Expert. He gained valuable knowledge and understanding of the international lubricant industry. This was useful preparation for his role as Learning Consultant in PLC for the Exploration & Production sector, a role he took up on his transfer back to the Centre in 2008.
As a Learning Consultant Upstream, Jefri has worked with people from varied cultures such as Iraq, China, India, Bahrain, Sudan, Indonesia, Italy and Samoa. This diversity widens his tolerance, understanding and appreciation of clients’ underlying needs.
Jefri travels widely and has keen interest in performing arts. He is an avid blogger, writing mainly about music and the performing arts as well as his travels.
